Slow motion training with Jennifer has helped me both personally and professionally.  I have worked out with Jennifer for two years now and it gives me the stamina and endurance to deal with life’s little pleasures.  My job is full of stress and working out gives me the ability to relieve that pressure by focusing on a hard but enjoyable workout.  Jennifer knows when I am stressed and tailors my workout to help reduce those tense moments.  My wife and I had the pleasure of traveling to Honolulu last summer to visit our daughter.  While there we climbed Diamond Head and we would not have been able to do that without the leg training Jen put us through.  I look forward to my workouts and highly recommend this type training especially if you are cramped for time.  More importantly I recommend using Jennifer for your personal trainer.  In this day and time this is an investment that won’t go down.

I was very cautious when I started my slow motion strength training program with Jennifer Bilek.  I wanted to improve my fitness, strength and flexibility, but I have struggled with back problems and osteo-arthritis for years. I have started fitness programs in the past and have quit because of time conflicts, injuries, cost and / or lack of motivation.

I have been working with Jennifer for 7 months now and I am thrilled with the results.  With a total of only one hour a week working out, I was able to see progress in just a few weeks and now have much more strength and stamina than I thought possible.  My daily life is much more pleasant because I can do my household chores pain-free.  I am much more comfortable and alert at my job.

I have slowly lost weight without even trying.  This is because Jennifer’s program has given me the fitness and flexibility to safely pursue other activities such as hiking and biking.  Recently I was able to go on 3 and 4 hour hikes in the Arizona mountains with no difficulties. I now routinely bike 20 to 30 miles a week.

Jennifer is very knowledgeable about physiology and I rarely experience any soreness, even though the workouts really make me sweat.  She keeps me motivated with her cheerful, pleasant personality and is very flexible about scheduling so that I don’t have any excuses to miss a session! 

Jennifer is professional and positive in her dealings with her clients.  Her program is very reasonably priced and ideal for busy professionals.   I would recommend Jennifer and her slow motion strength training program to anyone as one of the best bargains around and a great way to start the New Year!
